Joy Bailey Bryant is the President of the U.S. office of Lord Cultural Resources and a specialist in municipal engagement around culture. A certified interpretive planner and outreach facilitator, Joy works with city officials, institutional leaders, and developers worldwide to creatively plan cities and bring people to public institutions. Joy brings a thoughtful perspective on how cultural institutions are changing in response to the global pandemic, the movement for racial justice, and the push to make culture more accessible. She was born and raised in Atlanta and has degrees from Florida A&M University and American University.
