Alexander Petry, a Fairmont West Virginia native, currently serves as Director of Main Street Fairmont and has worked within the economic and community development space since early 2018. Alex is a graduate of Fairmont State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in 2016 and Masters of Business Administration in 2017. Following graduate school, Alex served as Assistant City Planner for the City of Fairmont, WV from 2018 to 2023. Alex was announced as Director of Main Street Fairmont in April of 2023.
