Andrea began her Main Street career at the National Main Street Center where she supported local and coordinating programs for 10 years. While there, she wrote articles for Main Street Now and published Revitalizing Main Street: A Practitioner's Guide to Comprehensive Commercial District Revitalization. Moving to the local level, she became the executive director of Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance in Harrisonburg, Va. in 2016. Andrea has also worked in Arlington County’s planning department and the City of Manassas’ economic development office. She has a B.A. in communications from George Mason University and a historic preservation certificate from Goucher College.
