Cecilia works for the Office of Secretary of Transportation (OST), Build America Bureau. She brings vast experience in transportation planning, strategic planning, grant administration, program management and inclusive public involvement/outreach. She has experience partnering with local planning agencies, community members, safety advocates, philanthropy, and activating partnerships that will provide direct support for rural and Tribal underserved communities across the US. She is the Program Lead for the Main Street Cohort, working closely with Main Street America, for the DOT Thriving Communities Program.

Cecilia lives in Boise, Idaho with her two young sons. She is very involved in her local community, has strong commitment to being part of creating vibrant, inclusive communities of belonging.
